Vice President, Agency Relations & Strategy
Nothing gets me more excited than generating great press coverage for companies and sharing stories of impact.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategic communications and advocacy. I was born and raised in Montana but spent a few years in NYC, where I held a variety of senior positions at the United Nations, the Rockefeller Foundation, and at former vice presidential candidate Geraldine Ferraro’s global consulting firm.
After moving to Colorado, I worked as the spokesman for vice president Al Gore’s global climate change initiative, as the director of university relations for Naropa University, and as the senior manager for public relations at Ball Aerospace before coming to MAPR.
In my free time, I’m a cyclist, mountain biker, skier (downhill and XC), hiker and trail runner, snowshoer, Crossfitter (I know, I know) and general lover of all things outdoors. I serve as the chair of Boulder’s Transportation Advisory Board and member of Boulder’s Marijuana Advisory Panel (both appointments through Boulder’s City Council), as well as the Boulder Chamber of Commerce’s Community Affairs Council. I’m addicted to the NYT crossword, and love humble-bragging about all that Colorado has to offer for all my friends back East.
