COO & Client Services Officer (CSO)
In my role as COO, I keep MAPR running efficiently on a day-to-day basis and, as the client services officer (CSO), I support the client relationship and serve as the “air traffic controller” within our company.
I started at MAPR as an Account Executive working with clients to achieve their PR goals including, overseeing coverage from NBC News, the Weather Channel and the Washington Post. Enhanced by my 15 years of television news experience, I created and head up MAPR’s webinar production department.
I have earned a national Emmy Award and National Headliner Award during my time in television news and currently serve on the advisory board for the CU Boulder Customer Experience Certificate Program.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, snowshoeing and hanging out with our adult daughters.
